The UK government has set a target to reach net zero by 2050. Decarbonising buildings plays a crucial role in meeting this target, but a highly skilled workforce will be needed to achieve that.

Energy Systems Catapult is conducting research on behalf of Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) to understand the needs for upskilling the workforce and the best approach to improve the required competencies.

We are currently looking for participants within organisations relating to construction industry, specially in design, specification and enforcement, building services and site management,  to take part in a one-to-one interview lasting between 40-50 mins.
